Refund Policy
Effective from: 1st June, 2025
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all physical products (goods) purchased on our platform.
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, the production and shipping process begins.
2. Withdrawal of Purchase and Order Cancellation

Customers may request withdrawal of purchase (cancellation and refund) within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

However, withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:

When the product packaging is damaged and the product value is lost.

When the product value has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption.

When the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility.

When the product is customized (made-to-order) and production has started.
-
When the return is due to customs or clearance issues in overseas shipping.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are individually produced according to the customer’s request.

According to Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, such products are not eligible for withdrawal or refund due to change of mind.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or incorrect, the customer may request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

The Company may request supporting evidence to verify the defect.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Payment fees, currency conversion fees, and other charges may apply depending on legal regulations and may be borne by the customer.

For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
