Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Screena Inc. ("Company") and users (both members and non-members, collectively "Users") in connection with the e-commerce services ("Services") provided through the Company’s online store ("Site").
Article 2 (Definitions)

"User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.

"Member" means a person who registers by providing personal information and continuously uses the Services.

"Non-member" means a person who uses the Services without registering.

"Goods" refer to physical products planned, produced, or sold by the Company, including character images, illustrations, logos, and designs.

"Made-to-order goods" refer to products individually produced based on the customer’s request, which are not eligible for cancellation or withdrawal due to change of mind.

"Random goods" refer to products whose specific design or content is provided randomly. Users acknowledge that exchanges or refunds are not permitted due to duplicates or personal preferences.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

The Company may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any revisions will be announced in advance with the effective date and reason for the change.

Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may stop using the Services and terminate their account. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Use of Services and Orders)

The Company provides Services such as product purchase, order tracking, and customer support.

Users may place orders regardless of whether they are registered Members.

Orders are placed following the Site’s procedures, and the Company will process and ship orders after payment is completed.
Article 5 (Pricing and Payment)

Product prices are as displayed on the Site and may include VAT.

Users must complete payment using the methods designated by the Company.

The Company may hold or cancel orders deemed abnormal or failed, with notification provided to the User.
Article 6 (Shipping and International Delivery)

The Company ships both domestically and internationally.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance delays are solely the responsibility of the User. The Company may provide general guidance but is not liable for such matters.

The Company is not responsible for delivery delays or returns due to User-provided errors or refusal to accept delivery.

Users are responsible for complying with local import laws, regulations, customs procedures, and tax obligations in their country.
Article 7 (Refunds and Withdrawal)

Refunds and withdrawal of purchases follow the Company's separate Refund Policy.

Made-to-order goods are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Random goods are not eligible for exchanges or refunds due to dissatisfaction with design, duplicates, or personal preferences.
Article 8 (Eligibility and Protection of Minors)

The Services are only available to users aged 14 or older.

Users under the age of 14 are prohibited from registering or purchasing products.

Legal guardian consent may be required where applicable, and proof of consent may be requested.

The Company is not responsible for transactions conducted by minors without legal guardian consent.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

All content displayed on the Site, including characters, illustrations, logos, and designs, is owned by the Company or rightful third parties.

Non-members may track orders using order numbers and email, and are solely responsible for managing this information.
Article 11 (Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

Identity theft or misuse of another person’s information;

Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;

Posting or distributing illegal content;

Hacking, spreading malware, or otherwise interfering with the Services.

The Company may, without prior notice, suspend Services, delete content, or take legal action if such violations are identified.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, power outages, server failures, or maintenance.

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the User's own fault.
Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)

Users who violate these Terms or applicable law and cause damage to the Company shall be liable for compensation.

Users shall be solely responsible for any damages caused to third parties.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in Korea.
Article 15 (Customer Support and Inquiries)

The Company operates a customer support center for inquiries related to its products and Services.

Addendum
These Terms shall take effect as of 1st June, 2025.
