Hello, we've compiled answers to frequently asked questions about the Random Photo Card Gacha event.
Q. When will I receive the photo cards and merchandise?
A. Production and shipping will begin only after the event ends, so it will take approximately one month.
Q. What should I do if I change my address after placing the order?
A. Please send your order number, the originally provided address, and your new address to the following email:

Q. Are there any payment methods other than PayPal?
A. We’re sorry, but currently only PayPal is supported. We are working on adding more payment options, so please stay tuned.
Q. How is the shipping fee handled?
A. You only need to purchase the shipping item once. All items will be shipped by Synculab, and any additional shipping costs will be covered by Synculab. The shipping item looks as shown in the image below. You can purchase it anytime before or after the gacha, but please make sure to complete the purchase during the virtual YouTuber event period.
Q. It’s troublesome to enter my information every time I check out.
A. If you find it inconvenient to enter your information for each checkout, we recommend registering as a member. Once registered, your saved payment details, shipping address, and nickname will be automatically filled in, making the process more convenient.
Q. Why do I need to enter a nickname?
A. The nickname you enter during purchase will be displayed during the streamer’s live broadcast. It will also be used for bundling your merchandise for production and delivery. If you enter the wrong nickname by mistake, please be sure to contact us at:
Since this nickname will appear on the livestream, please avoid using your real name.
Q. Do I have to purchase one item at a time to participate in the gacha?
A. No, you don’t. If you purchase multiple items at once, the gacha will occur multiple times. For example, if you buy 10 random photo card gachas, the draw will be conducted 10 times.
